Corn Salad

5 ears corn
1/2 cup red onion (small onion)
3 T cider vinegar
3 T olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup basil leaves
tomatoes

cook corn.
cool in water to stop cooking and set color.
Cut corn off cob and toss with other ingredients.
